The Silver Lake Community is governed by two Home Owner Associations — the “Silver Lake Master Association” and the “Silver Lake Bluffs Association.”
The Silver Lake Bluffs Association has responsibility for maintaining the Silver Lake Bluff Townhome community specifically. This includes, but is not limited to, exterior home maintenance, internal townhome community landscaping, and maintenance of the private streets. Only units within the Silver Lake Bluffs Town Home community are governed by the Silver Lake Bluffs Association.
Units in the Silver Lake Bluffs Town Home community are subject to the jurisdiction of two Home Owner Associations boards, whereas units in the single-family home section are subject to the jurisdiction of only the Silver Lake Master Association.
